A Willy Brandt bust modeled and 3D-printed by EXCIT3D has found a prominent owner. Ingo Schäfer, member of the German Bundestag and the man behind the campaign, presented a copy to Rolf Mützenich, chairman of the SPD parliamentary group in the Bundestag.
The bust was originally made for the SPD member of the Bundestag Ingo Schäfer (in German): our team modeled the former Federal Chancellor in 3D and then printed him. We are pleased about this project because it commemorates a politician who stands for freedom and democracy.
The bust can be printed in different sizes and materials. How we prepare and produce busts and sculptures digitally is also shown by the transparent Röntgen bust on Kurfürstendamm from the same year.
